Contract Risk Analysis
This
service would apply proven processes and techniques to the various phases
of contract execution to consider how different categories of risk and
opportunity can be identified and managed. Identification of responses to uncertainties are
reviewed and ownership of consequences agreed with the customer’s
management team. Risks are
quantified as cost contingencies, where appropriate, and management
processes further discussed to plan, monitor and control mitigating actions.

can apply this same process to the installation and testing phase of contracts, where a
structured risk analysis on critical activities can be used to control
against unplanned events that can have a dramatic and consequential impact
