Contract Execution Services
Consultant can
assist the customer during all phases of contract execution taking a lead
or supporting role in its management and engineering coordination, where
customer’s internal resources are limited or the need for specific
specialist assistance has been identified. The consultant can take control
of any project issues significant enough to jeopardise the smooth execution
of the contract but requiring the combined management and technical
expertise to work in parallel with the main project team.
Some examples of this consultancy
work are :-
¨ Troubleshooting
assistance to investigate specific design problems, delays impacting project schedule,
projected cost overruns and equipment or systems test failures.
¨ Problems
with plant commissioning or testing which requires a dedicated effort to
rapidly identify the root cause of these problems and propose corrective action.
¨ Project and
engineering management of
specific issues or problems during any phase of contract execution, which
justifies a dedicated effort to quickly investigate, define and resolve.
