completion, under achievement against performance guarantees,
claims/counter claims and technical issues affecting plant reliability,
availability and warranty guarantees compound the process of final contract
negotiations.

problems require to be systematically analysed, assessing the strengths and
weaknesses of the negotiating parties for each of the claims, against the
terms and conditions of the contract.
Consultant has an in-depth understanding of contract terms and
conditions, the ability to seek legal opinion and advice , and assist the
Customer in taking a lead or supporting role during finalisation of these
contract negotiations.
